The Teams plan is $189 per month and includes seven seats. Additional seats are $15 per user per month.
Can I track subcontractor pay and labor costs by job?
Floor Nexus can record subcontractor pay, crew costs, and other job-level expenses. Reporting accuracy depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information entered by the company.
Can crews see job files, checklists, and customer documents?
Authorized users can access the information included with the work order based on their role and permissions. Work orders can include checklists, notes, photos, job files, scope details, and applicable documents.
Does Floor Nexus automatically send appointment reminders?
Customer reminders and other automated communication depend on the selected plan, enabled Flows, phone and messaging setup, account permissions, carrier requirements, and customer consent. Starter does not include automation.
