Is the Visualizer included in my plan?
Yes — it's part of the core flooring platform on every plan, including Starter. Generations run on tokens, and every plan includes 250 free tokens a month: each image render costs 1 token and each video costs 10 tokens.
How much does each render cost?
Renders are priced in tokens: an image is 1 token and a video is 10 tokens. You get 250 free tokens every month with your plan — enough to render a lot of floors before you ever touch an overage.
Does it use the customer's real photo?
Yes. You upload a photo of the actual space, and Nexus Visualizer uses it as the basis for the preview while aiming to preserve the room layout, perspective, and major surroundings as it applies the selected flooring look.
Can I generate a video, not just an image?
Yes. Alongside the still render, Nexus Visualizer can produce a short video of the finished floor that you can text or email to the customer. An image costs 1 token and a video costs 10 tokens from your monthly allotment.
What systems can it render?
