Floor Nexus is headquartered in Florida, USA. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our Service Providers operate. We will implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or other measures) to protect your information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in Section 4, to comply with our legal obligations (including FIPA), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
